Been watching the Level II and both bid and ask have been creeping up without anyone selling into it for a while. (Ooops, a 100 share sale just occured.)

Does anyone know why JANE, ETRF, NITE and frequently JANE all change their prices in absolute lockstep? Isn't that against SEC rules?
