Rajan Rajgopal, President and CEO of DenseLight Semiconductors.

The change in DenseLight’s ownership brings with it several positive implications. As part of the terms of the transaction, DenseLight and POET have also entered into a preferred supply and strategic cooperation agreement, which will see the Company maintaining an ongoing relationship with POET. (from 2019 News release)

So Rajan is another fellow that Suresh lured away from Global Foundries to work at Denselight when Poet owned it. Now the CEO he runs it while still maintainng a preferred supply and strategic cooperation agreement. Ok I figured we were going to get lasers from them. Now they show up in 2022 at OFC with similar tech that Poet is using perhaps different materials but speaking the same language. I would like to know more on this strategic cooperation agreement. Maybe the 2 million we didn't get was a gift. We will have to see what the OFC will have to offer.
