In the recent video with Adrian regarding the RS, Mika stated; "the only shareholders who need to do anything are our registered shareholders, and they're relatively few compared to our -I think- over 12,000 existing shareholders....." 

Based on the share ownership reported by just over 100 agoracomers of 55M+-, the free float might actually be even smaller than we think.
