Is that what the play is currently? Are all hopes in the hands of these wise instituional investors who are only allowed to invest under very specific conditions? Must be on the Nasdaq, must be above $XX, etc.

Is the only sizzle for this stock the sizzle of it hitting the floor? After all the conferences, investor meet & greets, and road shows there must be more to PTK than -9% at $0.81 CDN. Are all investors barred from investing on this exchange and are for some reason ineligle to journal those shares over following uplist? 

The excuses for the stagnation of this stock are true bagholder/hopium material.
