I'm elated by this news.  Institutional investors cannot buy stock below a certain price, and we were never going to achieve those prices on the vulture.  I'm sure the company was getting a lot of "this looks like an amazing technology to invest in...let us know when you're on the NASDAQ".   The real upward movement occurs with institutional money.  News becomes more impactful, and there's more coverage more eyeballs more of everything.  Timing it with the OFC and with the general spring-time optimism, will hopefully keep the SP stable initially before we get some bumper news or confirmed contracts.  

We also consolodate (let's be honest) too many outstanding shares.  The low float then makes shares more scarce.  The one thing I do ponder is this idea of the "IPO type approach" that TM referred to.  I would be slightly annoyed if we uplist, and then immediately start diluting with PP's etc. Generally speaking though, we've seen a lot of IPO's trade well above the opening price.  All in all, this is now moving into the "world class" type realm for this company.  We're swimming in the same pond as some of the biggest companies on the planet, some of whom will be looking over their shoulders at us.  Between now and April 1st, I'm not going to spend a whole bunch of time micro-analyzing or worrying about our SP.
