While reservations to moving to the NAS are fair, in my view the pros far out way the cons.

in my view this move is being made by management now because they see reason to do so. This to me means (I) the pipeline is strong vis-a-vis potential clients/products, (II) they see the finish line in making these announcements public (whether names can be mentioned or not), and (III) institutional investors are showing interest (otherwise why go with 10 for 1 vs. lower split that would still get us on big board).

Guys this will mean great exposure, will put us in a position where news will go a longer way, and will open the door to big money that could not invest previously.

lastly, a lower float post consolidation will make manipulation harder.

all in all great announcement. The market might not see it that way just yet but trust me it's coming.
