I agree this stock exchange is poor at best, but I don't think we can blame it for everything (or that much in fact, IMO). Recall that on this very same exchange, we were close to $3 CAD quite some time ago. What is ironic, is that at that point in time, POET did not have much going on with GaAs, although many on this board were not aware of that (myself included), and there were many comments made about "further de-risking". Any professional input about timing (lengthy) or challenges (significant) were typically dismissed.
