Some may agree and others may not, but I think management is sending everyone a signal that great things are coming with these insider purchases. That's the only way they can say something without actually saying something. 

This will allow folks to take advantage of the low share price before the Market Makers and Institutional Investors start buying as they move to the Nasdaq.
