I believe there is a deliberate reason for not attaching a figure amount to the recent CAI announcement. For one it might not be finalized or concrete projections may do us better near the Nasdaq listing or just after.

And it goes without saying, any mistakes once this process is rolling will NOT be tolerated by the NASDAQ and the funds that agree to underwrite the path to the uplist. (POET is not raising capital as part of the uplist, so in case you are wondering the route they are taking is to have sophisticated investors buy on the open market instead.)

I think we forget too quickly that Poet decided not to do a capital raise. Great news!  But I like this part even better in your above statement Leb! I would love to see this.
