The one thing that I feel confident about in reference to the decision by management to proceed with the Q1 move to NASDAQ is their understanding that it will be "with strength or in strength". In this line of thinking I believe that this is only possible because Dr. Suresh will have to show shareholders and the investment community his "hole cards" at the time it occurs, if not before.

What are the "hole cards" ???

To me, they will have to be actual purchase orders or quantified financial assurances of business contracts or both. At this stage, what better way to show strength or with strength to become a trading company on NASDAQ and not cause shareholders to lose value in their shares with such a move.

If this is what happens ... I believe we will be very content ... if I am wrong ... then I have no idea why they would believe the move to NASDAQ would be through strength.
