Poet said they were workihg with a leading AI firm about 13 months ago, so it's not a secret. My understanding is that Celestial AI is a private organzition (or even if they were a public corporation), Celestial AI would need to know that they HAVE THE FUNDS first before even beginning to execute their plan. Without investment, their goals would only be a concept. That would be my take why Poet had to wait and also respect Celestial's wishes due to NDA. 

With the tweet by Vivek congratulation Celestial AI having a disruptive AI technology, this would basically confirm Celestial is a design win for Poet and that together, these partners, have something very disruptive to the AI industry. I think it is fair and the all clear must have been given to let the cat out of the bag somewhat now.

Back then Vivek and Suresh mentioned how profitable AI will be. So that would imply that it will be great for Poet too.
