I suppose Poet felt their product wasn't quite ready and felt the timing wasn't right. But for a relatively small amount of money to be participating with such big companies is a little odd. Maybe Im not quite grasping the scope of what COBO is trying to achieve but it seems like advancement and the future of photonics. Which is what Poet does. Suresh at the very least would be a wealth of information and to be rubbing elbows with top execs of such companies wood be worth the fee alone.
