Remember when the stock was 1.50, on the Venture of all places, and our CFO actually told the market he thought the improving share price wasn't based on merit, but coat tails from another stock, then dumped a bunch of stock. 

As an aside, all the pumping this week, look how positively it's affected the stock.  Exactly.
