Please correct me if I'm wrong but who said they weren't going to be in a position of strength when they uplist to the Nasdaq? I believe what was said is a capital raise could be deferred not a position of strength.

Who's to say that a few events aren't progressing to the extent that a position of strength (whatever that really is) will be achieved concurrent with uplisting. That in itself may be the stimulus for uplisting asap?

In any event, we will know soon enough and we can then all decide whose speculation was more or less accurate............but then again who cares
