I like you're thought process as well here. You may have been a little too close though to the back-end of a horse and gotten light headed... LOL. Your math is a little funky. US at .70 at a 1:5 is $3.50 and a little help we could be looking at a 1:4 

But you are absolutely right. Prior announcements have gotten us nowhere. Those prior NR's such as the Sanan JV and others will be retroactive in value towards our share price once institutions have a chance to do their own DD

And yes I believe Poet management feels they are in a position of strength. They know whats coming and when. At least in the timeframe to roll this thing out.
