The numbers I used which was the numbers CM used (and later checked when you PM'd me) was the total of shares exercised in 2021 Definitely Don Listwin offset that number by a lot.
But let's take for example Suresh who is the CEO and therefore would be the best example of guidance.
So if we look at Suresh he pretty much balanced the purchase with the sales when we include the money he spent on the debentures. I expect it cost him more than $8k in taxes.
This was not the case for everyone. Insiders did take money off the table and it had impact but no one got rich from this action.
