You are missing the fundamental reason in my opinion of why LWLG was going up and still has significant gains. It is because they are listed on the NASDAQ. I talked to Suresh at the last Toronto AGM about Michael Lebby and how he at the time was issuing quarterly newsletters. It was doing absolutely nothing for the stock at that time but he was making the effort. And yes they put out news on patents. Why? What they do with those patents is what is important and that is what POET reports on. Did you not see the video that was produced recently. Those devices are real. 

POET puts out news releases when they basically have to and when they ramp up the news flow it does not seem to do any good right now. The conclusion really is that they need to get on the NASDAQ. I mean POET is so far ahead of LWLG in  commercial deployment and honestly who knows whether LWLG will end up with a viable product. Will the polymer stand the test of time. How many years can it operate at high frequency? What does the chromopore degradation curve looks like. Can it tolerate an out of spec thermal cycle? Is there plastic deformation of the structures? I have no idea because it has not been done before. POET is using materials that are well understood and have been around for a long time. 

In talking to a large shareholder the other day he felt that there is a cumulative effect taking place in the merits of what POET has been reporting over the past year especially with the number of companies they are dealing with and the products that they are preparing for sales sourced from a high volume JV. 

I mean POET never even got much of a bounce from the JV announcement. The production capability has never been accounted for in POETs market value. But the good news is this is going to be one heck of a powder keg when that listing happens.
