Did anyone else pick up on Suresh’s tone in this presentation? Suresh invariably always qualifies statements of achievement with “I think” or “we think”…Not this time. He was much more definitive re: the benefits contained within this platform and what they are competing with…Have you ever heard Suresh say “bring it” before. The example given was  the ability to integrate lithium niobate modulators. He is highlighting in a more spirited way the ability of POET to integrate whatever fits the bill for the customer. I actually think he used this as an example to say that they will use mature technologies as they are proven to integrate into the platform. (think LWLG, not yet but maybe some day if proven)

Absolutely he was talking to his shareholder base and telling us that the “juice is worth the squeeze”.

These investor presentations have never really had a dramatic impact in the past but Suresh will most certainly be talking to new audiences that will understand and follow what he is saying as he describes the reasons why this platform is a breakthrough.

This presentation was a really good exercise and we know a lot more today because of it.
