Management have clearly come to the conclusion, as have I, that no matter what news they released on this wretched exchange.  It'll have little impact on the SP, or at least long term impact.  

If we all cast an unbiased eye on the NRs of the last year. You'll see some great progress and the sort of news we were craving for so long.  We've had social media campaigns and other PR drives.  Yet here we are at an impossibly undervalued SP. I think the only logical conclusion is, we need to move to the Nasdaq to maximise the NRs impact. 

Therefore, I think they'll move to the Nas with or without further NRs.  Of course, if a contract drops and they have to update us that's great.  But they won't wait for it any longer.

I messaged TM and asked why they had a change of plan.  He made it very clear that they would informs us very soon. We need further patience's.
