I am just going to say it. If they are not doing a financing then they do not need get on the NASDAQ at US$5 plus...do they? Don't know but that would be more like growing organically on the NASDAQ and because they don't really have to worry about access to financing (the JV has deep

pockets). Well I think you guys get the picture.
