That's new, Q1 uplist is a go, no raise now.  Seems the thought is the uplist will allow better conditions for the raise later.  Interesting.

I had the same feeling when I heard this, let's just get to the Nasdaq and we'll take it from there. I ask you this , do you want to drop news when no one can buy the stock, or when it's available to your prospective buyers, who understand the tech and have the deep pockets and the wherewithal to make this thing go where it deserves to go?

My take is we go to Nasdaq and start the presses (we better have the goods as it sounds like Tom Mika is in a hurry! I'm starting to see why it's been so quiet last few months.
