I think it'd be best to uplist to the Nasdaq only. The TSX as a whole has the same reputation as maybe the London Stock Exchange (ie if you're tech, don't list here, go to the US). In addition, to graduate to the TSX you have to do a small capital raise, POET seems to want to do a raise with US investors only.
