I understand that but it is still skin in the game. Maybe not the same as an open market purchase and the timing certainly was poor. However they sure did give up lucrative and secure jobs to be here. So I will give the benefit of the doubt for the time being. I am certainlty interested to say the least how our Nasdaq listing and R/S is handled.

Just about 90% of penny stocks don't make it. This company in my opinion falls into the 10% category. And I believe Suresh and his team are honest men and women. Mistakes will be made lets just hope they are not detrimental to taking this thing public and to financial success for us all.
