AdAstra,
I should clarify my statement. First off this is just my opinion. I am not an analyst in any sense. Based on revenue projections alone for 2022 no we won't even come close to a two million dollar market cap.
50 million revenue with a high profit margin of around 40% equals 20 million before EBITDA. We have appoximately 440 million shares outstanding. This comes to roughly .05 per share with a P/E of 25. Ball park S/P of $1.25 (full disclosure this is crude at best;)
My expectations of share price is based on potential and future earnings. OTC and penny stocks aren't priced on true valuation. The IP has a significant value that will continue to appreciate as time goes on. Look what it got them in the Sanan deal alone?
I fully believe Poet will be on a campaign to elevate the S/P and bring exposure to the company with a series of NR in the next few months. I would love to see a Nokia or other big name as our European customer and other design wins. It seems like the timing of the wearables contract could come after the uplisting to the Nasdaq. This would assure upward movement of S/P post consolidation and continued institutional investment for those who are not already aware of Poet.
Again in my opinion only. I think this crazy undervalued SP should be correcting itself soon enough
