With options at 20% annually I am beginning to feel concerned that the potential wealth of this company is directed at the staff and not the shareholders.
I take the point that high grade engineers must be attracted, particularly during the early life of this company, but there is a balance. I recently posted one UK fund managers view on this who successfully grew a hi tech portfolio in which he stressed this very point. A large option pool makes the company appear unattractive. Our CFO must bear this in mind - IMHO.
