What I don't understand, 54-40 is that all the people interested in the OI and the suggested partners, buyers, jv'ers, money people etc etc aren't themselves buying in at these low values. 
you would think that they, their co-workers, family, friends etc. would be accumulating this awesome product now! 
there might be imposed restrictions though, which is something I wouldn't know about...still??
