I thought we had spontaneous combustion in the summer but then management threw a bucket of water on it. IMO they did this because they are not ready; still staff to hire and a new board member to appoint. 

On another note, we still have the other warrant overhang to take care of. Will this happen before an uplist? The $1.15 warrants can be accelerated at $2.30. Would make sense to get this cleaned up before an RS and uplist.
