The "nightmare financing" from 5 plus years ago probably happend because management gave the shorters a heads up a couple weeks prior to the anouncement...  Companies usually   halt their stock  prior to the  financing NR .. And now the big push to the Naz. which probably would mean an R/S which I am sure the shorters loved...  After the nightmare financing 5 years ago former investor relations guy Chu,, can`t remember his first name told me via pm that he could have got a much better deal and he also said this management has a lot to learn.. It almost  seems they are fine with a low shareprice.. JMHO
