It needs numbers, names, and BUYERS. These are what this stock needs.

This can be developed through awareness and promotion (which some may argue has either worked - exercising of warrants and creating a nice cache of cash, or, has not worked ... PTK sitting at $0.97), speculation (the potential that this could be the next LWLG, PYR, ties to NVDA, China floodgates, etc), or straight accumulation by funds (who hopefully don't short us to a dime and cover with a placement...).

Wouldn't hurt to get some insider buying (please no more selling) on the open market along the way.
