"All I can say is the engagement is there, the dialogue is there, the discussion is there, and that there will be contracts and as soon as there are they will get announced. I think the timing is… it could be as early as a couple of weeks, it could be Q4, but I do believe we will be in a position to announce wins in that timeframe"
