Hi Cheapinski, I always enjoy the sailing analogies and having just read the whole of Patrick OBrian's Aubury/Maturin series, my head is full of sailors terms from the early 19th Century.  Navel War with Napoleon and Americans were the vogue then andbrought lots of risk for merchant craft but fortunes were made.

POETs maiden voyage is nearing a destination, with its holds full of desirable metchantise, that will see investors rewarded.  Just as back in the early 1800s,  time of arrival could be significantly affected by winds, tides and the opposition.

Tough old game this but you have to be in it to win it.
