'Hubble bubble toil and trouble'...The scenario painted by the glooms here,  in response to news, brings to my mind the hags around the cauldron in Macbeth.  The glooms intent is now a predictable winging dissatisfaction to good progress. 

Regurgitation of irrational fears when investing,  as happens too frequently here,  is a sign that the your risk profile is low and you're in the wrong investment. Not impending take over.

Part of the necessary development of a company at the leading edge of new technology is collaboration.  Otherwise rapid development would be made impossible whilst you reinvented the wheel. The quality of those collaborations being clear indications of a company's standing in the world it inhabits.  Of course we would all love to know the names and numbers involved but surely not at the expense of damaging commercial security. 

The news is yet another potent indicator of the success of POET'S OI platform and its broadening impact on optical integration.  The big boys want POET to play in their yard.
