I agree that Lumentum would be a decent guess. Very intriguing for Vivek to say they are "... among the most reliable high-performance lasers on the global market." Well-established and already in the exisitng value chain.
If we dig into the high-performance CW laser manufacturers we might be able to narrow the list. Maybe we can start with the list provided from the market report link below. Are others assuming this is related to relationships from the west?
