And being underwater yourself doesn't mean mgmt is doing a bad job, it means your entries are terrible. YOU are responsible for your trades, not mgmt.

Go study technicals to pick better entry points. See the support around 1CAD, +- 10 cents? That's when you buy to minimize the chances of being underwater.
