If the timeline for a move to NASDAQ is reasonably accurate ie. Q1 2022 then it has already been disclosed that it will likely be accompanied by a capital raise of some sort and quite likely with institutional investors. I am a little surprised and disappointed that you would assume cheap warrants etc. define cheap warrants !!!! They will be market driven based on the timing of the financing if it even happens
