I'm not entirely sure but I believe that the share count also consists of the conversion of the debentures. Can't remember the amount off hand. Either way we are getting those warrants converted and money in the coffers. Trying to get some cash to buy more towards the expiry date.

How long before the November 2nd expiry will people likely have to convert by?
