I agree wholeheartedly Breeze, I voted a few days ago and said yes to everything, except for the option pool expansion.

 Our management has almost zero skin in the game and they hand out options by the millions at the retail shareholders expense, while keeping us pacified with words like Soon, Up and to the Right, Hockey Stick, Floodgates, Design Wins Shortly... 

 Enough is enough, if management wants my/our vote then it's time for something much more substantial!
