Dear Adrian, dear Mr. Brijbassi.
welcome on board! We appreciate your willingness to promote what is well worth promoting!
Please allow me a word of caution as a long-term investor without taking it personally:
We`ve had a "pumper" in the past, associated with "chief pumper Peter Copetti", who even made his fellow investors pay for his trip to the AGM and never felt sorry about it, or, at least, never apologized for his bad judgement. I take it you're experienced enough not to fall into this trap. And if you do, be man enough to tell us. Thanks.
Of course your starting point is a whole lot better! Like most of us I believe in the achievements and prospects of POET's OI (and I am not even in the camp of the "TM-haters", I respect Mr. Mika as CFO just burdened with juggling with too many balls).
It's definitely not mistrust in POET's mgmt, that we welcome you. Yet, you should know how badly we had been let down before by "relentless euphorics". Having spent many years in marketing myself, I dare to remind you that "empty promises" sound great but are bound to backfire on you.
I trust you don't need my advice to know all this. Take it as a reminder, if at all.
Welcome again, and may your "skin in the game" get you filthy rich, as all of us will be somewhat richer then too.
Whatever may have come across negatively in this post, isn't meant negative. It's full of hope. Being invested yourself you know our scars. Best of luck for living up to your promises!
Cheers Adrian and get rocking!
