100% Breeze, lots of personal incentive for Adrian to work some magic.  fyi, Adrian's 1.287M is impressive, POET's entire management team holds 617,463 common shares combined (checked on SEDI today).  OK, a bit of a burn on management there, but there is something to be said about having skin in the game, and with Adrian I hope it works out for us!
