I believe that they are storing dry powder for a sustained news flow that will generate momentum. Right now they could post a news release but what good would it do in the presence of such negativity about this company. 

POET wants a higher share price that can be sustained and I believe a strategy is in place to achieve just that.   

They could provide very specific detail re the qualifications and stress testing that has taken place. But wouldn’t that be best served when they announce design wins and specifically why they are receiving those design wins.

I am not saying it is the right choice but it  appears to be the  stratagy in place. Perhaps Adrean can respond.
