For the past few years, most of Poet's announcements have been sign posts indicating the direction. Management likely knows that any one single announcement by its customers will tremendously drive up the share price. Poet is beholden to NDAs and we cannot ask our managment to jeopardize their NDAs in order to bump up the share price and then maintain a relationship of trust with its customers. It simply does not work that way.
Imagine this, though. Cisco or even Broadcomm announces new product lines enhanced with technology from Poet's OI, or Nvidia, etc. How about CelestialAI
Or how about a more general announcement like this: Transceiver manufacturers find resurrection via Poet's OI technology to return to sustainable profitability in the highly competitive transceiver market. It will come, but it has to come from Poet's customers marketing efforts. Example: A manufacturer of genarators might issue out marketing material saying their generators have reliable, proven, long-life Honda engines inside. Since Poet is in the transceiver market first, it is not the most exciting part, but it will provide very profitable, sustainable growth for Poet. Where that leads to for Poet will be the exciting parts of the market where the announcements, contract sizes, and maybe even manufacture names mentioned generally in contracts (if permitted) drive Poet awareness nearly industry-wide throughout technology wherever photonics is useful and where Poet's disruptability absolutely makes a difference!
