4. Why can other Canadian companies, that are listed also on the TSX.V and OTC, attract up to 8 institutions that have invested into their company, but POET always tells us, that it is hard (not f not even impossible) to invest in POET due to the current listing and share price (~ 1 CAD).

The other company I am talking about is at the same share price and their 52 week high was very much the same as POET's. (Market Cap is different, but was never discussed here as beim relevant for institutional investment rather than the share price).
