EU in his last two posts re Oppenheimer points to the  proposed POET semi patent that an excited Suresh elaborated on.

 Instnct tells me that such a patent may prove to be the most significant leap forward for PTI.  SV is clearly learning a tremendous amount about the photonics business given his greater exposure to customer needs and the search, recently concluded for a new partner. His mind is absolutely buzzing with the opportunities created by these contacts and the diversity of applications that the POET Optical Interposer is initiating and this is just the start.

 I truly hope that potential investors in the burgeoning market for optical products are taking note, which presumably was the whole point of engaging with Oppenheimer.

You could look upon the forthcoming Shenzhen event in early September with it's and further OI tested demonstrations to ten potential customers as the banker.  Clearly there are some pregnant possibilities emerging here indicating a new wave of interest for POET to ride.  

This is surely a very exciting time and if only the anxieties of this board could turn to pride in POET achievements and get ones minds around the notion that it is far more important for POET's senior management to focus on the approaching wave they must catch than to mollifying the truculent anxieties of AGORACOMERS who seem unable to see beyond SP fluctuations caused by sentiment rather that the kinetic energy that is being built into Share Value and new designs

Focus on the fact that it's not about us retailers the focus must be customers needs.  We will then fly on the coatails of genius that is clearly evident in the prudent product choices senior management is making to build the world leading firm they want and we hoped for a decade or more now.
