Hmm.

I don't think this is the 400G lightbar solution.

It's more likely this is a light engine for a 400G pluggable,.

Having said that, the original NR indicated production in June this year. But we all know there was a 2-3 month wafer supply chain delay. If that delay directly impacted this particular product, which is a reasonable assumption, production would have been pushed to September this year, so next month.
