Is Cisco, POET's North American Tier 1 ?

From the YouTube video that just keeps giving, the Cisco speaker starts at 17:10, and goes to 21:30

Kaushik Patel Director of Engineering at Cisco:

With POET's spectacular low-loss coupling numbers, I just cannot imagine that POET is not connected to Cisco. Patel's whole segment is worth a listen.
