I agree with your thought process. More than likely this is the reason for Don Listens departure. He had a specific role when he came on board and that role is accomplished.

May I also add that your presence on this board is an added bonus. Thank you for your helpful contributions. 

I too feel that things are coming together. And I think they will announce it when they are able. In my opinion an announcement is just around the corner.
