I understand what you are saying but disagree with your statement

1) we know that especially in POET's history it is not true that proclaimed milestones have been obviously been hit when they where pre-announced that they would be hit (so we can't assume that it has happened if not officially stated that it happened). I am only remembering on various delays in the last 8-9 years (I know, previous management. However, the "smell" is still there, as many have stated here.

2) Apple is not a B2B business. So, if a pre-announced IPhone hits the shelf or not, is widely known to everyone (as it clearly can be seen the in the markets) and does not need to be "assumed".

For the above reasons and management continuously stating that shareholders interest is one of their main goals, why not update the market and investors that one of the most important milestones really has been achieved as planned? Why are we paying for IR? This would be a very easy and simple but pretty re-assuring announcement to shareholders, interested shareholders and institutional investors that are so important to POET as well if we want to go to NASDAQ.

How to create the "position of strength"? By following up on plans and achievements and provide real confidence to the market.

Just my opinion.
