With 300M, what would POET acquire that would complement the Optical Interposer platform? I cannot think of any other company off the top of my head, as we are the only wafer-scale photonic-electronic integration game in town afaik.

Excellent point! I cannot think of another existing company that will further the product development. Unless their looking for a North American JV?
