Let me add just one aspect that hasn’t been discussed to far, as far as I am aware of: If these small sales by POET executives really killed the rally, it wasn’t sustainable in the first place. So, as a long, why bother.
My take is that one or some new (US?) investors wanted to get in, bought a significant stake, and thus sparked that little rally. After that, profit taking took place – understandably. However, the new investors have what they wanted to have, the profit taking didn’t meet any continued buying interest, so the share price went down again.
I for one will take my daily dose of patience™ and wait for the company’s fundamental business progress to unfold. Only this will raise the share price in a sustainable way.
