I have speculation to add to Listwin's departure. In any small company, usually it is common for directors to leave once they have completed their assigned duties. Many directors are sharp, entrepreneurial people that never stay in one place for too long since they basically loan their skills for the period of time needed. I usually think ahead rather than reliving the past. The past is done. Public companies are about what comes next. 

With Listwin's departure, that creates a vacant seat at the BOD. This would be a perfect time to bring in a large investment entity with a different set of invaluable skills that Poet might need now to take the company to another level.  Of course, the issuance of options likely would play a role in this as well. What do you think?
